Where exactly the Steam directory is depens on where you installed Steam. The game is in there. Just move the files over. You won't be able to play it from a flash drive though.

You want to be looking more at performing a Disk Cleanup and then defragmenting the harddrive, as a starting point. I have news for you. It is very unlikely moving the game will speed up your computer.
The hard drive needs enough free space for the pagefile system which is reserved. This would be a minor slowdown unless the pagefile is being used a lot due to no RAM. Have you tried to clean the un needed temp files.? Use something like Ccleaner. I know that the dvd is required for playing the game. Please advice me with this so that i can buy my console soon.
