Sierra vista gamestop

The staff is always cheerful, great environment, staff knows their stuff and location is great!!! My only suggestion would be to move into a bigger building with more space Employees are all great.

I have never received anything besides friendly and efficient service. Great environment, great people, great stock. Its a little too small so its easy to knock thongs over, but over all its a great place. Prices are decent and its membership deals are awesome. Customer service is horrible. Employees more interested in socializing with friends than waiting on customers. If I am giving you money dont ignore us. Always very nice and understanding.

Will help with any questions. Are very knowledgeable about all their products. Their service was amazing I gave them five stars it was in and out I was very happy with my service. Store as a whole is clean and has a decent selection. But on 2 different occasions one of the employees has been overly pushy on their pre-order system.

I get that those numbers matter but dont keep pushing after Ive said no or Im good already. Gamestop is still great but will likely avoid this location unless I have no other option to avoid that particular salesperson. They were very helpful very nice they asked me if I want to reserve anyting and pre-order they set up my game pro so yeah I recommend it 5 stars. Theres never a question they cant answer. Deals are good. Signed up for rewards and they still have not sent my magazines. This is the 2nd time they done that.

Gotta call and complain which I hate to do. Best customer service at any gamestop. I always go here to get new games and check out the cool game merch!! Very pushy at sales counter for upsales. Thought they were supposed to be a store for gamers and be above the Mcdonalds selling tactics. This GameStop is fairly small, but they have a great selection of used and new games and systems! Accessories are appropriately priced.

A little while ago my man and I went in and bought a brand new Xbox One. Turns out that there was some type of defect with the HDMI port, and Raymond was extremely understanding, nice, and professional! He helped us exchange it for a new Xbox quickly, without any hassle, and was very friendly the entire time. It made our experience at Gamestop great- two thumbs up for Raymond! As a gamer I enjoy stopping in to see whats on the spot light, as well the services are usually ready to help upon request, though as any town has rush times they can be a tid bit busy here and there.

No matter what gaming your looking for be it Xbox Playstation or Nintendo they can get it for you. Best part you can get used items at a great discount and they usually have a plausible return policy.

GameStop has changed. Lots of merchandise but not so much I to used games anymore. Thats the future. Moderate to expensive prices, membership offers discounts but not beneficial to infrequent gamers. Seems understaffed at times. Called today to verify that information and then was told it does not apply. Employees need to get on the same page with the information they are giving out.

All organizations All cities. Best Customer Service Ever!!! Excellent service- Ray was super helpful and made great suggestions. Great crew. Friendly service and very knowledgeable staff. The workers are always helpful. Very helpful and patient. My daughters favorite place to go. The staff is very nice and helpful. Great place and good prices the works are so nice and they everything i didnt it finger reach.

Well-appointed shop. Very helpful staff. Its prestige award seems well deserved. This place is amazing. Better than a lot of GameStops I have been in. Had what I wanted. Say goodbye to cluttered mailboxes and flyers on your front porch. With our service, we have won over millions of people from all over Europe, North and South America, and Africa.

Become a satisfied user too and shop smart. Sign up for the new GameStop ads. All GameStop stores. I agree to the Privacy Policy. I agree to receive new offers. Very poor management. Higher ups only care about your numbers. Pros Customers and staff share similar hobbies and interests. Only numbers matter to them. Job seekers rely on your experience. They hired me telling me that I would get a lot of hours. Manager screamed at me I mean literally screamed because I made a mistake my second week of work even though it was only my second day.

Would not recommend. Pros Free games to try. Cons Everything else. Woman can face some resistance within the company, but most people working here are kind, just cheap. The staffing situation never seems to improve, so you often work more than what you are scheduled. My store manager was wonderful, but you could tell their job was very challenging. Pay is pretty low, with no raises in sight.

It's an easy and interesting job, but you need to have the patience to work with customers and handle schedule changes. Pros Around people with similar interests, always up to date with new information. Cons Short breaks, often under staffed, low pay, very little chance of a meaningful raise. Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. Overall, low pay and no opportunities for advancement. Numbers are the only thing that matters.

If you are desperate looking for a job and some work experience you could work here if you enjoy being disrespected by customers and upper management. The store management is entirely dependent on who is in charge and could be chill or not.

At the end of the day you are not valued. This is displayed by the low pay and no benefits you receive from the company.

Whether you like the job or not, it depends on your store's manager and coworkers. The stats are easy to juke when making sales, and sales is the only thing that matters.

Terrible company to work for Terrible pay Terrible customers Terrible expectations for employees Overall a bad job if you wanna respect yourself otherwise start working here. Pros Free garbage sometimes Coworkers are cool usually.

Jobs at GameStop. Store Manager. District Manager - El Paso. Good company easy to move up. Pretty easy job customer service. If you love games this is the job for you. Moved from a SGA to a store manager in about 4 years.

Pros Easy to move up Good people. Cons If you are a manager you barely get a break if you are only working with a sales associate. Very fun and exciting. From working seasonal at GameStop, it was a good experience to have a holiday job. Pros Lunch breaks. Cons Mostly just standing around. A place were you can talk about and sale games! Great employees helped out a lot.

Just a fun environment to work at. Pros Rent games to review and give info to customers. Cons Very long hours. Literally the worse job I have ever held. Management is a joke. Pay is a joke. Bonuses are a joke. They take advantage of the fact that gamers want to be around games. Pros Small discount. But they always find a way to make it not so great. Cons Everything about the job and company. While fun and having engaging customers, Its retail, plus hours are very inconsistent, one persons mistakes get blamed on everyone, and constant calls about hard to find products.
