Level 2 - Structured Process and Standards: Basic process documented for procurement of goods and services. Procurement process is mostly utilized by large or highly visible projects. Level 3 - Organizational Standards and Institutionalized Process: Process an organizational standard and used by most projects. Project team and purchasing department integrated in the procurement process. Level 1 - Initial Process: No project procurement process in place. Methods are ad hoc.
