I am also on Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate, can't get the driver to work I see the RPC-1 under my device manager and it says it needs a driver but when I try to install the driver listed here I point it to the folder I unzipped with the contents and it says it can't find a suitable driver. I am at a loss as to why it works for you guys and not me..
I so want to use my DA!!! Rylan I am also on Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate, can't get the driver to work These drivers will only work with the Roland RPC-1 boards. They will not work with the Edirol DA card. If that's the case I will start looking for one for sale, seems like it won't be easy though. I assume this driver includes some sort of mixer and digital patchbay? Or will it just show up under my Windows mixer?
Sorry to ask so many questions, I just really love my Edirol and want to keep using it. Thank you to everyone here, this thread might be saving me from having to buy a new interface, I really hope! I'm also going to try calling M-Audio as someone else had done to ask if they might have any ideas for me to use their drivers for my DA-PCI. Probably not though. I have two RPC-1 cards running on win7 x I'm only able to use the WDM driver. Is anyone using the ASIO driver? If so, any suggestions on how to get it to work on my system?
There is a new Delta driver out with version 5. Can't extract the driver from the executable Any news? Not sure how active this thread is anymore, but I figured I give this a try. I have installed the 64 bit RPC drivers and everything seems to be fine there. I can even play back audio through the SI once inside of Sonar.
However the control surface is not operational. I installed the control surface driver that I used previously with Sonar 3 for the SI in hopes that it would work, but so far no luck. Is there another driver I need to get things operational or am I just missing something. By the way I am running all this on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, and have tried with both 32 and 64 bit versions of Sonar Please Help!

I have 4 DA's and was promised by Calvin Banks at MAudio support that a driver would be availavble in and still waiting. Leave a message. Don't know about the bit issues, but yes, the Delta , the DA, and the RPC-1 all use the same chipset ICE , so if the driver matches the device no guarantee there , then the same driver ought to work for all of them, in theory, assuming they're configured similarly on the other side of the chip.
Same goes for a wide range of other M-Audio PCI cards, though obviously you can't use inputs and outputs that aren't electrically wired to anything. Jose HD New member. I wanted to update my PC to Windows 7 64 bits, read for so much time and finally I've got my Edirol working in W7 64 bits. For those that have been asking if is there any drivers, or if they need an RPC-1 card, I can say mine is working with its original card, no additional hardware is needed to make it work on W7 32 or 64bits.
Well, there's a little 'problem? It's not so complicated but you need to know it. I'll show how I've done it: 1. I've made the procees in this way and is working for me, tested on both W7 32 and 64 bits.
Now I can manage up to.. Maybe Roland has left us, but we still have our DA's to record for many more years!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please, comment your results if you want. Jawombkamagubi New member.
